When to Create New Images

• You don’t have existing images to use as references
• You want a completely fresh design
• You’re starting a new brand or campaign

How to Generate New Images

Go to Assets or Create

Click “Create New” or ”+ New Asset” in your website

Choose generation method

Select “Create from scratch” or “No reference”

Describe what you want

Enter a prompt describing your image:

• What should be in the image?
• What style do you want?
• Any specific details?

Be specific! “Modern coffee shop interior with warm lighting” works better than “coffee shop”

Configure settings

In the asset creator, set your preferences:

• Asset type: Sitewide, State, or City
• Style: Artistic style and mood
• Aspect ratio: Image dimensions
• Brand colors: Use your brand colors (optional)
• Prompt improver: Enhance your description with AI (optional)

Generate

Click “Generate” and wait for results

Important: Set Base Name

1. Go to Asset Details
2. Set the Base Name to match the filename you’ll use in WordPress
3. Save

Tips for Good Prompts

• Be specific: Include details about style, mood, colors
• Mention context: “for a law firm website” or “outdoor adventure brand”
• Use the prompt improver: Let AI enhance your description
