Password Recovery

Go to login page

Visit Log In

Click Forgot Password

Click the “Forgot Password?” link below the login form

Enter your email

Enter the email address you used to sign upClick “Send Reset Link”

Check your email

Open the password reset email and click “Reset Password”

Create new password

Enter your new password (twice to confirm)Click “Update Password”

You’ll be automatically logged in with your new password!

Email Not Arriving

1. Check spam folder - Sometimes it lands there
2. Wait 5 minutes - Email can be delayed
3. Check email spelling - Make sure you typed it correctly
4. Request resend - Click “Resend Verification Email”
5. Try different email - Use Gmail or another provider

Can’t Log In

1. Check password - Make sure Caps Lock is off
2. Use password reset - Click “Forgot Password” to reset
3. Try Keycloak sign-in - If you signed up with Keycloak, use that method
4. Clear browser cache - Sometimes helps with login issues

Account Already Exists

• You may have signed up before and forgotten
• Try clicking “Forgot Password” to reset your password
• Check if you signed up with Keycloak instead of email
