What is a Workspace?
A workspace is a folder that organizes your websites. Think of it like organizing files on your computer - one workspace can hold multiple websites.Most users only need one workspace! You can add multiple websites to the same workspace.
When to Use One Workspace
Use a single workspace if:- All websites belong to the same business
- The same person/team manages everything
- You want to see all websites in one place
- Websites share the same billing
When to Create Multiple Workspaces
Create separate workspaces if:- You manage websites for different clients
- Projects are completely unrelated
- Different people should access different websites
- Billing should be separate
Creating a New Workspace
If you need multiple workspaces:1
Open workspace menu
Click the workspace name in the top navigation bar

Click Create Workspace
Select “Create New Workspace” from the dropdown

Name your workspace
Enter a descriptive name:
- Business name
- Client name
- Project name

No! One workspace can hold many websites. Only create multiple workspaces if you’re managing completely separate businesses or clients.

All websites in that workspace will be deleted too. Make sure to download any images you need first!
