What is a Workspace?

A workspace is a folder that organizes your websites. Think of it like organizing files on your computer - one workspace can hold multiple websites.
Most users only need one workspace! You can add multiple websites to the same workspace.

When to Use One Workspace

Use a single workspace if:
  • All websites belong to the same business
  • The same person/team manages everything
  • You want to see all websites in one place
  • Websites share the same billing
Example: A bakery with multiple domains (main site, online ordering, catering site)

When to Create Multiple Workspaces

Create separate workspaces if:
  • You manage websites for different clients
  • Projects are completely unrelated
  • Different people should access different websites
  • Billing should be separate
Example: A freelancer managing sites for 3 different clients
You probably don’t need multiple workspaces unless you’re managing websites for different businesses or clients!
When you create your account, Localizer automatically creates one default workspace ready to use.
