How to Invite Team Members

Open workspace settings

Click on your workspace name, then select “Settings” or the gear icon

Go to Team Members

Click “Team Members” or “Members” in the settings menu

Click Invite

Click the “Invite Member” or ”+” button

Enter email address

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite

Select role

Choose a role for the new member:
  • Admin: Full access to workspace
  • Member: Can create and manage images
  • Viewer: Read-only access

Send invite

Click “Send Invite”They’ll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.

Invite Status

StatusMeaning
PendingInvite sent, waiting for acceptance
AcceptedMember has joined the workspace
ExpiredInvite link expired (resend if needed)

Resending Invites

If someone didn’t receive the invite or it expired:
  1. Go to Team Members
  2. Find the pending invite
  3. Click “Resend” or the refresh icon

Canceling Invites

To cancel a pending invite:
  1. Go to Team Members
  2. Find the pending invite
  3. Click “Cancel” or the trash icon

Common Questions

Depends on your plan:
  • Free: 1 member (just you)
  • Pro: Up to 5 members
  • Enterprise: Unlimited
No problem! They’ll be added to your workspace using their existing account.
Yes! One Localizer account can be a member of multiple workspaces.
